On our journey together with me as your doula, unless there is a rare circumstance/medical need, I work with familes to help the woman get the greatest JOY of feeling her OWN body begin labour (amazing!), AND feel her OWN body do it's own expulsive pushing! (a truely life changing and mind blowing experience).
Is everything in birth feeling overwhelming? Would you like to be supported in a way that's reassuring, simple and calming? as well as being, effective and realistic?
