Prenatal, Birth and Postpartum Doula Holistic in my approach, dedicated to supporting women to remember their power. I am passionate about our ability to heal ourselves, and I truely feel deep listening and understanding, sharing of stories and wisdom plus holding space for women so they feel safe, heard, understood and free is the perfect recipe for both protecting the birth space and supporting a woman to be the best version of themselves. Nourishing and supporting women helps them and by extension their home and all that live within that home plus the community she lives in. Peace on earth definitely begins at birth 🌱
