Hi there, I’ve been a doula and childbirth educator for over 16 years. And I’ve been teaching the Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program for over 12 years. I have an undergrad in health science, a research masters in breastfeeding and a master of counselling.

I help mothers to feel calm and confident for their birth so they can have a positive experience welcoming their child into the world.

Hypnobirthing is a childbirth class with a difference. I will teach you how to reduce pain - not just how to cope with it. I teach you how your body and mind work in labour, relaxation techniques and psychological tools to help you maintain a positive mindset.

My doula package includes the hypnobirthing course plus additional online modules that I have created (Bold Beautiful Birth Program) so you can feel completely prepared and supported for birth. I also provide placenta encapsulation services, Sydney-wide.
