Birth can be one of the most powerful experiences of your life. My work is to make sure you are ready for it, not just informed, but genuinely prepared. Prepared in your body, clear in your preferences, and supported by a partner who knows how to show up.

I work with women across Sydney through antenatal education, birth support, postpartum care and birth debriefs. All services are available as standalones.

I have particular experience supporting women navigating VBAC, pregnancy after loss, and birth after trauma. If your history with birth is complicated, that is exactly the kind of preparation I am trained for.

My approach is practical and continuous. I do not hand you a birth plan template and wish you well. I work alongside you from preparation through to the early postpartum period, adapting to what you actually need rather than a fixed program.
