Hi, I'm Jess, the founder of The Birthing Doula. I'm a birth and postpartum doula, a mother of two, and a passionate advocate for helping women feel safe, informed and deeply supported throughout pregnancy, birth and the transition into parenthood.

Every family is unique, which is why I tailor my support to your individual needs, values and birth preferences. From preparing for labour and building confidence before birth to providing calm, reassuring support during labour and practical guidance after your baby arrives, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported and empowered throughout your journey.

Based in Wollongong, I support families throughout the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and parts of Sydney, offering antenatal education, birth support, postpartum care, breastfeeding guidance, birth preparation sessions, TENS machine hire and a lending library of trusted resources. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, I'm here to walk beside you every step of the way.
