She is uniquely informed in abdominal and pelvic care - and offers pregnancy massage for body and nervous system preparation, and postpartum abdominal care. Emily sees pregnancy preparation - not as preparing a woman to have the perfect birth - but rather to help the woman become more familiar with her body, so that whatever birth asks of her, she has somewhere inside herself to meet it. As a ceremonialist she offers Mama Blessings, Closing Ceremonies and Circle gatherings.
