Erika Munton is a perinatal psychotherapist, couples therapist, perinatal educator, and doula with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through pregnancy, birth, parenting, and relationship transitions. Through her work with Birthready and Lifeready Counselling & Psychotherapy, Erika offers compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based support that integrates practical birth preparation with emotional and relational well-being.
Having supported hundreds of families across a wide range of maternity care settings, Erika is passionate about helping parents feel informed, emotionally supported, and better equipped for both birth and the realities of family life beyond it.
