Tora is a passionate and nurturing soul who discovered a love for supporting mothers and their families through her time in nature connection.

Her mission as a Doula is to support the journey of birth through nourishment, education and empowerment. Her intuitive mind and gentle demeanor gives her the ability to bring comfort and calmness to those in her presence. She uses her knowledge of herbs and food for nourishing the mother throughout the birthing journey, and never fails to have a tea blend to suit the mood, or a love filled dish to satisfy the tummy.

My offerings as your birth doula:

offer non-judgemental support, filled with love and compassion

nurture and nourish you, whether this is your first or fourth

help you create a birth plan and a nourishing motherhood plan for early postpartum

support you with navigating the hospital system and help you create a positive and calm space for your birth

support you no matter where you are, whether it’s at home (with the attendance of a private midwife), or in a hospital.

Fourth Trimester Package

Primary Birthing Package

Supporting your birthing journey Includes: Pre-natal visits in your home, phone call check-in, on-call support before & after due date, labour & birth support and postnatal visits *Please note that prices may vary as it tailors to your unique needs.

Blessing Way Ceremony

$250.00

Traditionally a Navajo ceremony, a Blessing Way or Mother's Blessing, honors the mother-to-be through this sacred rite of passage into motherhood. Includes: Facilitation, preparation and organization of the ceremony and blessing way ritual. *Cost includes a meeting prior to the gathering with the mother-to-be.
