Tiana - Born Doula Services

Hi there!
I’m Tiana, a California born-Arizona raised-Aussie living-Doula. I was truly born to care for people, as it has always been my driving passion and purpose.

Every meaningful moment in my life—from the beautiful to the painful—has ultimately lead me to the world of Doula-ing. After years of searching for my aligned path, I whole-heartedly believe I have found my purpose. There is no question; this is what I am meant to do in this lifetime. Caring for others has always been my main aspiration and source of inspiration. This has lead me down a path of health related occupations, including serving as a Nurses Assistant in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the USA. As I continued supporting newborns and their families, I knew my gifts served an even greater purpose. It became my mission to help newborns and their families adjust, and rightfully thrive in what can be an overwhelming time in life.

I noticed a large gap in the care received from pregnancy to postpartum, which can cause women to feel left behind or lack support after such a monumental experience like childbirth. I aim to fill that void. It is my loving duty to add richness to a woman’s experience through listening, holding space, supporting, and educating. I want her to feel uplifted and powerful in this part of her life. During a time when she can feel as if her voice hasn’t been heard or taken seriously—I consistently cherish holding space for women and make it my privilege to honor her always.

I have never felt more aligned than I do now. Each experience I have endured along this path has added value, knowledge, perspective and further aids in my abilities to support people to the fullest. My priority through our time together is YOU. This is one of the most important times in your life. I am beside you and I am with you: supporting you to achieve the incredible experience you so graciously deserve with your body and your baby.
