Jasmine Meek – The Bayside Doula – is a Postpartum Doula supporting women from pregnancy through to 12-months postpartum in Brisbane and Redlands. Jasmine guides clients through the transformative journey of pregnancy and postpartum with compassion and expertise.

Jasmine provides tailored services including education and planning support, practical in-home help, breastfeeding support, and postnatal massage.

Your journey is unique, and so is the support I offer. But no matter what, I will encourage, listen, validate, and walk alongside you – infusing your experience with not only peace and joy, but hopefully a profound sense of empowerment. When it might feel like everyone around you is preoccupied with your little one, I will be focused on you.

I can also support you through some of the common challenges of motherhood beyond the first few months – for example sleep challenges, anxiety and stress, overwhelming mental load, housework, and food preparation. My focus is always on easing the burdens on mothers. Because to nourish a family, we must first nourish the mother.
