Tara - Empowering Mothers Doula

$40/hour minimum 3 hours Includes: Debriefing your birth journey Listen to your concerns and offer much-needed emotional support Washing, drying, and folding laundry Collection of essential grocery items on the way Babywearing to allow mum and dad a break/nap Dinner/meal preparation Baking nutritious and delicious snacks including lactation cookies Baby setting techniques Breastfeeding support and advice Emptying household bins and nappy bins Ensuring you have fresh water and tasty healthy snacks Anything else you may need assistance with POSTPARTUM DOULA support As your postpartum doula, I will visit you at home during the first six weeks after birth with a focus on caring for you, allowing you to rest, recover and care for your baby. I'll bring experienced hands for assisting with your baby as well as helping out with light housework to ease the domestic burden. But most of all I come to listen, encourage, empower, reassure and be part of your village. This journey is not meant to be done alone.
