Tamara is a birth educator and certified birth and postnatal doula with qualifications in yoga, massage, Optimal Maternal Positioning™ and more. Her goal is to empower parents with a strong foundation of knowledge and trust in their bodies and babies, and to provide the emotional and physical support needed to birth with comfort and confidence. She offers non-judgemental, compassionate support to families of all shapes and sizes.

PRENATAL, BIRTH + POSTPARTUM DOULA:As a doula, Tamara supports parents end-to-end, building knowledge of the brilliant body + mind, and helping them to navigate each of these stages with strength and confidence to have the best possible experience. Package options include antenatal-only, birth + postnatal, and postnatal-specific support.

THE BRILLIANT BIRTH COURSEThis evidence-based birth + baby education course highlights the brilliance of the body, birth, and your baby to encourage a positive transition into parenthood. It will also build understanding of your medical and support options so you can make informed decisions, feeling empowered in your birth and postnatal experience. Learn at your own pace in-person with 8+ hours of personalised, in-depth education over your desired number of sessions either in-person or over Zoom.
