Donna is a compassionate and knowledgeable birth and postpartum doula with a heart full of kindness and a genuine compassion for empowering families during there transformative journey into parenthood .Her dedication is providing exceptional care and guidance carries through from pregnancy into the fourth trimester.

PRENATAL PACKAGE -HEALTH FUND CLAIMABLE IN CLINIC -CHARGED AT THE RATE OF $110/HOUR

-Education on pregnancy, labor and postpartum such as breastfeeding, settling and baby massage. -Fortnightly Pregnancy Remedial Massage ,this is $110 /hour and you can claim this through your health fund . -Alternate a massage with Access Bars for pregnancy and birth. Whether you are planning to have a baby or preparing for birth Access Bars can assist you creating a calm and confident experience . The Bars are safe and actually recommended before ,during and after pregnancy as this will dissipate the build up of thoughts ,feelings and emotions that often occurs with pregnancy. It can shorten your birth and contribute to your baby being less programmed and more conscious. -Improve emotional and physical wellbeing during pregnancy. -Create the space for a calm ,confident and easier birth. -Less baggage for the baby. Access Bars can help release the fear and anxiety that can often occur when planning to have a baby or during pregnancy. Each session releases the stress and build up of thoughts ,feelings and emotions allowing more peace and calm in the body. A Bars session is safe and effective it is ideal for expectant mums during the emotional and physical changes that can take place during pregnancy .It can also help new mums have more energy, improve sleep an accelerate healing following birth.

Let me help make your postpartum weeks a time of blissful indulgence with your new baby and your family. Let me support you with your own healing and experience of becoming a mother. With each birth you become a new mother all over again. Your postpartum should be filled with rest and support. Sometimes in our western culture it's difficult to achieve this due to obligations and life pressures or circumstances. Your birth may not go to plan and the support you need just isn't there. This is where I can be of service to you, to offer physical and emotional support, so you can enjoy the most important parts of this season. Here is a list of the things you might like me to do for you or with you: Birth debriefing, offering emotional support as needed Supporting you towards trust and confidence in yourself as a mother Breastfeeding support Caring for your babe and teaching you how to tend to your babies needs, settling, soothing, bathing, nappy changes, baby wearing Caring for siblings while you rest or care for your newborn Household duties- dishes, washing and folding, meal prep, click + collect grocery pick up, errands, making cups of tea, anything you need! If you have any particular requests or want to add something to your package just let me know and we can chat. This package is completely tailored to you though, and can change day by day. No pressure. Just relax, rest, be nourished, loved and cared for, just as you deserve to be!

As your personal doula I will be there to offer support and guidance to you and yours from the time we first meet until our final postpartum visit is complete. I will be there to support you physically and emotionally and offer evidence-based resources and education as you require to guide you through your pregnancy and the plans you make for your birth and postpartum. I will provide natural pain relief suggestions and techniques, keeping a safe space, and calm space. My goal for our time together is to create a bond of deep trust and to understand your needs and wishes for your labour and birth so once in the zone you feel at peace to open and bring your baby into your loving arms. My goal is to empower you during pregnancy to feel strong in your decisions and to be able to boldly express these when the time comes. Ultimately, I strive to see you Love Your Birth, no matter the journey or the outcome. This is your story. This comprehensive package includes: Initial no obligation meeting (up to one hour) for you to decide if I am the right doula for you, discussing what you are looking for in a doula, your situation, my fees, terms and conditions. 2 antenatal appointments, 2-3 hours each Education regarding breathing techniques, stretches, OMP (Optimal Maternal Positioning) techniques to encourage relaxed fascia, muscles and ligaments in your pelvis for optimal fetal position and descent in labour and birth, natural pain relief methods Provision of birth plan template Access to evidence-based information to support your own research and informed choices Ability to borrow books from my personal library Support throughout your pregnancy via phone or email 24/7 on call support from 37wks Birth support from when you feel you need me until 1-2 hours post birth Use of my Rebozo during antenatal appointments and labour 1 postnatal visit, 2 hours, within the first 7 days following birth
