Renee - Not Your Average Doula

I am a Certified Postpartum doula and passionate about all things birth, postpartum and motherhood in general. 
In another life I worked as a mental health worker so I have an invested interest in nurturing new mothers mental wellbeing as they navigate their postpartum and matrescence.
I have birthed 3 incredible humans and I owe my passion for childbirth to them. After experiencing 3 completely different births and postpartum periods, I knew there was a huge gap in the support mothers receive once they go home with their babies. 
This is what drove me to become a Postpartum doula, as I believe every woman is entitled to supportive postpartum care tailored to their individual needs. 
I am now servicing the Gold Coast, QLD Reigon, providing in person support for locals as well as virtual support for those out of area.

Postpartum sessions, birth debriefing, birth prep and postpartum planning are all available.

My hope is that I leave my women feeling nurtured, supported, prepared, empowered and confident to tackle motherhood and all it brings!
