Birth and parenthood is a such precious time. New parents can find this time overwhelming. I can help by offering emotional and practical support through this time. A big focus on my work is on the postpartum period when parents are adapting to just that… being parents! Many women are going home soon after birthing their precious little bundles, with little support and consequently these women find themselves under immense stress adapting to motherhood. It is my passion to offer care and support to new mothers to help them to heal themselves and to nurture these first beautiful months with their newborn so they can enjoy the experience to the fullest.
