My name is Ashleigh and I am a full spectrum student doula based out of Brisbane. I provide emotional, practical and guided support designed around you and your family. I am here to support you for all outcomes and experiences you have in pregnancy and beyond. This is your time to feel safe, heard and held.

I can guide you and listen to your thoughts and expectations while considering many outcomes and experiences. I believe in you and supporting your choices through my compassion, empathy and knowledge.

Location: I live in Oxley Brisbane and happy to travel to clients within 20km from my home. If you live outside of this I am happy to chat about travelling to you, this may have a small travel cost depending on where you live.

Mama Flourished - 1

This package is for support from early pregnancy until postpartum. This is your optimal package for support and guidance across all trimesters. This package allows us to connect across pregnancy, birth and beyond as I support you through your experiences. • 3 antenatal visits or 6 hours of support in person or virtual • On call labour/birth support from 37 weeks onwards • 3 postpartum visits or 6 hours of support in person or virtual • Preparation of yummy and nourishing meals for your postpartum period on visits • I will listen to you and hold your space for processing whatever it is you need • Household support with things like dishes, making you warm drinks or looking after baby if you feel comfortable with getting rest or relaxation however it is you need- debriefing your birth story, postpartum feelings and setting boundaries with family and friends • Phone support • Breastfeeding, bottle feed or pumping support

Mama Flourished - 2

This package is optimal for your postpartum support • 4 postpartum visits or 8 hours of support • Preparation of yummy and nourishing meals on visits • I will listen to you and hold your space for processing whatever it is you need- debriefing your birth story, postpartum feelings and setting boundaries with family and friends • Household support with things like dishes, making you warm drinks or looking after baby if you feel comfortable with getting rest or relaxation however it is you need • Phone support • Breastfeeding, bottle feed or pumping support

Mama Flourished - 3

Mama Flourished home visits I am here for one visit or occasional visits whenever suits you on your postpartum journey, there is no time period after birth that this applies to. These visits are minimum 2 hours and maximum 6 hours. $35 p/h or $30 p/h for clients with packages. • Preparation of yummy and nourishing meals on visits • I will listen to you and hold your space for processing whatever it is you need- debriefing your birth story, postpartum feelings and setting boundaries with family and friends • Household support with things like dishes, making you warm drinks or looking after baby if you feel comfortable with getting rest or relaxation however it is you need • Phone support • Breastfeeding, bottle feed or pumping support
