I have been passionate about pregnancy and birth for as long as I can remember and I knew after experiencing my own births that I wanted to support other women, and their partners, through this special time in their lives. My first birth ended in an emergency cesarean and I knew instantly I wanted to achieve a VBAC for my second birth. I then did all I could to educated myself to prepare for this to happen (which it did!). It was then I knew I wanted to support and empower other women to achieve the birth they want and deserve!

Obligation free initial meeting
2 to 3 appointments with you and your partner to discuss your wishes for your birth and create a birth plan, as well as education in relation to labouring and relaxation techniques
A meeting with you and your medical team (if desired)
Phone, text and email support during your pregnancy
On call 24/7 from two week prior to your birth date up until two weeks after baby's birth
Complete labour and birth support, both in home and hospital
8 hours of postnatal support including a debrief about your birth experience, talking through how things are going with you and your new baby, support with feeding and settling techniques, bathing baby, helping establish a routine, light housework, meal preparation and grocery shopping
