A comprehensive package for first time parents including the full childbirth education program as well as the benefits of the full Birth support package.

My role is to help you have a satisfying birth as you define it. The more we explore this in advance, the better we will be able to fulfill this role. Includes 3 Prenatal visits (2hours), Birth support and 2 postnatal visits (1.5hrs), travel & parking & back up Doula. • Oncall 24/7 from the confirmation of booking including email support during pregnancy. • Understanding your birth goals and belief system around birth • Debrief of previous birth experience • Exploring your birth options • Pain relief options • Clarifying role expectations of partner, Doula and any other support people. • Birth plan • Preparing for the early new born stage especially importance of baby’s first hour after birth. • Birth Support- after 15 hours a back-up Doula* may be called. • Postnatal support- Typically visit 1 will be during week 1 and the second visit prior to week 7 as needed. Includes breastfeeding support, emotional support, settling support and phone support. • Referrals to other healthcare providers can be requested if needed, such as Lactation consultants, Chiro/physio/osteo or Acupuncturist.

My Classes are small and intimate, based in Seaford, though private home based classes can be arranged after discussion. Run over 2 sessions.
