I’m a certified Birth and Post Natal Doula, located in North Brisbane, Qld.
I’m passionate about giving women the tools and support they need to have the best birth experience possible. I specialise in aromatherapy, accupressure and hypnobirthing. I have a diploma in nutrition and love to help women nourish their bodies from the inside out, through simple, mindful meals and regular exercise. You can make this the primary care you receive, add to the basic birth package or meal preparation package. This is time for me to help you out post-partum and give you an extra hand either with your baby or housework.
Extra Prenatal Visits

We'll go through your birth plan and prepare for labour and post-partum. I'll lead you through labour techniques, reducing fear and practising relaxation. I will also help you prepare your home for after birth and help you set-up your space to make post-partum transition easier.
