The postpartum meal delivery service includes 3 meals and 2 desserts priced at $150, or 4 meals and 3 desserts priced at $175. All meals are freezer-friendly and can be tailored to meet specific dietary requirements. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have other dietary needs, I can create meals that meet your unique needs. The meals are designed to provide new moms with the nutrition they need to recover and support their baby's growth and development. Each meal is made with high-quality ingredients and includes a variety of proteins, vegetables, and healthy fats. This full spectrum doula support package is offered by me, a certified professional in labour and postpartum care. I offer a range of services including: prenatal consultations, emotional support during labour and for the postpartum period, birth plan counselling and help with preparing for labour and carrying out your options. I provide on-going education and support that is 100% tailored to your needs and desires. Working along side you, and your partner/s if applicable, to guide you through each transition. My Prenatal sessions, which are custom to each client involve the following: – Prenatal care and meetings (birth plan development, exercise and nutritional information, etc.) – Weekly in person meetings/check ins or via Phone or message, once 36 weeks, check ins are more often. – Prenatal classes to address common concerns (breastfeeding, early pregnancy anxiety, baby massage, breathing techniques etc) – Prenatal plus visits through each trimester to ensure that you are comfortable and informed. My package also includes your labour and delivery. From 37 weeks, i will be available 24/7 via phone call if and when you go into labour. I will be on stand by to drive anywhere or surrounding areas to help you through. I will also be there in person if and when it's necessary. My postpartum support offers include: – After baby support and advice to help you deal with the emotional aspects of the experience. – Help with breastfeeding, either at home or in the hospital. – All-inclusive postpartum classes for clients interested in these classes (please contact for further information). -Meal delivery and domestic assistance if needed My Support package includes a few details to be aware of: For woman under 18 years of age, support is Free of charge, parent or guardian will need to be present or give written consent. For Low income and DSP recipients, support prices are lowered, though this will need a letter showing eligibility.
