I’m Brooke, a Birth & Postpartum Doula & HypnoBirthing Educator, navigating the beautiful chaos of life with my Scottish hubby Andy and our two amazing daughters in sunny Brisbane. ????

I have spent the majority of my life supporting parents and loving on their babies and children. With close to 20 years of experience in early childhood education, building relationships based on connection, trust and honesty with families, has always been my vibe ✨.
Those same foundations go for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Let’s talk about these journeys as ADVENTURES, shall we? ???? From climbing mountains to navigating twisty roads, each path is unique, just like every birth story. With four pregnancies and two birth adventures under my belt, I’ve learned that no two births are alike, and each one teaches us something new about ourselves.

My own birth experiences led me to the empowering world of HypnoBirthing and Doula support. From a place of fear and surrender to a space of education, empowerment, and choice, I’ve seen first hand the transformative power of informed decision-making in birth.

I’m here to educate, empower, and stand by your side through it all. ???? I am a fiercely loyal and protective person – my best mates since high school will attest to that ????. I’ve got your back, front and butt and won’t dare bullshit you. Oh and I swear a little a bit. ????

I don’t claim to know it all, because I don’t. When there is something I can’t give you an answer to, then I’ll source the information and we’ll learn it together.

I firmly believe that birth isn’t about “winging it” (please don’t ever think ‘winging it’ will get you the birth you desire) but about owning your adventure with knowledge and support. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to birthing—just what feels right for YOU.
