Bethany - Rhythm Postpartum Support

Hello, I am Bethany, wife, mother, postpartum doula and breastfeeding educator. I enjoy yoga, coffee, long walks and pancakes on Sunday mornings.

I believe that becoming a mother (whether that be for the first, second, third time – or more) is a transformative journey that should be acknowledged, supported, and celebrated. However, in my own experience in becoming a mother, I found this transformation to be clouded by misinformation, conflicting advice, judgement and lack of support.

It was through my own journey into motherhood that I become passionate about supporting other mothers to find their rhythm. I am not the expert, YOU are. It is my aim to empower you to feel confident to follow your intuition as a new mother.
