My goal is to get to know you and your family and work out how I can help you best. No two pregnancies and births are the same, and so the care and support I offer is different for each client. My approach is to work together and to be guided by you in how I can support you best. I believe in open communication and building mutual trust to allow us to work together in a way that will provide you with a positive experience, and the outcomes you want. And look, it’s entirely possible we’ll become besties along the way 🤷

I believe that a family’s experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum truly matters and has long lasting effects. You deserve to be held, supported and mothered. You deserve to be celebrated!

We’ve lost the reality of having a village around us. We weren’t made to do this alone. I love the fact that part of my role is being able to replicate that support. To celebrate this beautiful journey (I’m so sorry that I had to use the ‘j’ word) and transformation that you’re on, and to help you navigate the changes in your body, mind, and life. To be someone who can answer questions (and if I don’t know the answer, I’ll be honest about it and then turn to my wealth of resources to find them), who can belly laugh with you and who can provide a safe place when you need to cry. Most importantly, I will listen. I will validate your thoughts and feelings and make sure that you feel HEARD.

I will help you navigate the medical system and walk beside you the whole time to ensure that you come out of the other side feeling you were in control. That your birth was YOURS and you owned it. This agency has proven to provide positive birth outcomes and I’ll work my little ass off to make sure you get that.
