Lana Bock - Belle & the Wild

Hi Beautiful Mama, My name is Lana,
I am married to a wonderful man & we are raising our 3 beautifully, wild children here on Sunshine Coast, Qld. Since giving birth with my first son, my passion for empowering women through birth & then into motherhood grew & there-for my knowledge base grew with it. 
 
Naturally, my passion has transitioned into a service that I am wholeheartedly honoured to offer. I completed my training in 2020 through the Australian Doula College & will forever continue to develop my passions, my knowledge & my soul.  
 
I am Certified in SoundBirth & have a huge focus on mindful birthing. I am a Reiki Master/ Teacher specialising in pregnancy, during birth & post birth. I am also certified in pregnancy, birth & postnatal Rebozo massage & Closing rituals. I have completed the Nine Rites of Munay-ki, the 13th Rite of the Womb, offer energetic Womb healings & are certified as a Yoni Steaming Practitioner. I gather for mediation circles, based on the Sunshine Coast & offer bespoke Blessing Ways & Mother at the centre Closing the bones Ceremony.
 
As your doula, I will nurture your traditions, your experiences, your beliefs & your spirit surrounding your birth & your journey into parenthood. I understand that how a person births, not only their babe but themselves as a parent, is one of the most powerful awakenings they will experience. 
 
I will assist you & your loved ones prepare; emotionally, mentally & physically for the birth that you desire for yourself. I am always open to chat & offer an obligation free meet & greet.

Women, for too many generations have, in some way, had to suppress their femininity & to live a devoted life within the masculine energies. In doing so, women have collectively forgotten our divine rite to honour all of our once sacred transitions & the gathering of sisters; maidens, mothers & crones.

This once fear, pain & loss inflicted onto women has being passed throughout our material blood line, it is within our bones & what was once an unsafe environment, is now safe for our generation to call back into our femininity, our divine rites & to gather our sisters!It is our calling now, our responsibility to heal our material blood line, to have our daughters & their daughters live within their true divine empowerment.

To be able to hold a safe & nurturing space for women to close, release & heal during their most vulnerabilities is why I am a doula, why I offer womb healing & closing rituals.

We, as women right now are feeling the urgency to heal, to gather & to embody our femininity & sensuality. I feel truely blessed to be apart of, to witness & to be able to hold space & to ‘doula’ women through our collective rebirthing.
