Combined with the fact that increasing numbers of women undergo caesarean sections, are discharged home from hospital early, have few or no home visits from midwives, are often isolated from immediate members of their families and are sleep deprived! It may also be, that when your partner goes back to work, you may need a little assistance until you recover from the birth or gain a little bit more confidence looking after baby.

Credentials:
• Nurse & Midwifery trained (More than 10 years midwifery experience in the public and private sectors)
• Certificates in Breastfeeding, Sleeping & Settling, CPR, First Aid, Childcare
