Hi, I’m Brooke, a passionate doula based in Adelaide and the heart behind A Doula’s Touch. With a deep love for physiological birth and the transformative power of this journey, I aim to support families in feeling empowered, informed, and truly cared for throughout pregnancy, labour, and postpartum. From practical help to emotional reassurance, I’m here to make this time as nurturing and smooth as possible.
